Daimler AG awards doc2b a quality prize for technical authoring

For several years now Daimler awards quality prizes to service bureaus that have achieved a high standard of quality according to a predefined catalogue of criteria.

After having finished third in the year 2009, doc2b came in second in 2010.

The following criteria were used for the ranking:

• Quality (neutral evaluation of the operation manuals)
• Price/performance ratio
• Cost reliance (Keeping within budgets)
• Keeping time targets
• Factual competence (hard and software)
• Ability to communicate
• Flexibility (response to extraordinary demands)
